Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Woodcliffe Country House has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Woodcliffe Country House shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Use Of The Reservations Feature

The reservations feature of this Service is provided solely to assist you in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Service as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation any person under the age of eighteen years of age. You agree that the reservation facilities of this Service shall be used only to make legitimate reservations. You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Service may result in you being denied access to such a Service, at the sole discretion of Woodcliffe Country House.

BECAUSE WE DEAL WITH YOU IN A NON-FACE-TO-FACE ENVIRONMENT, YOU HEREBY WARRANT THAT: ALL YOUR DETAILS AS RECORDED ON THE WEBSITE ARE TRUE AND CORRECT, YOU ARE LEGALLY CAPABLE OF CONCLUDING A TRANSACTION ON THE WEBSITE, AND YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Payment Policy

50% non-refundable or returnable deposit to be paid in advance, with the exception of one-night stays, where 100% payment in advance is required and there will be no refunds whatsoever for one night stays.
The outstanding balance is to be paid and the keys are to be returned to reception upon departure by the guest.
All breakages are to be brought to the attention of the management and to be paid for on departure by the guest.
No refunds whatsoever will be allowed once a booking or hike has begun.
Any banking fees or charges related to payment of Woodcliffe Country House by the guest will be incurred by the guest.
Guiding services provided by Woodcliffe Country House are payable in advance.
Additional charge per person will be levied to the guest’s account for any visitor who has not checked-in but appears to have utilised the room or facilities at any time.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that guests have used a third-party booking agency to make their booking and a cancellation is required by the guest for whatsoever reason, it is the responsibility of the guest to notify Woodcliffe Country House and to conduct the cancellation of the booking on the third-party booking agency’s platform.
Woodcliffe Country House may at any time, at its discretion, cancel any bookings, or remainder thereof, or make any alternation to any hiking route, accommodation, price or detail in the event of any booking or hike being rendered impossible or inadvisable for any reason of weather, or any cause whatsoever, any extra expense shall be the responsibility of the guest.
Woodcliffe Country House may at its discretion and without liability or cost to itself cancel or terminate a guest’s booking; without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, it shall be entitled to do so in the event of illness, illegal or incompatible behaviour of a guest, who shall in such circumstance not be entitled to any refund.

Child Policy

In the self-catering units a minimum of two full adult rates is applied regardless of the age of the child.
Children 0-2 years old stay free of charge.
Children 3-12 years old stay at 50% of the adult rate, except for camping where the full rate is applied.
Children 13 years and older stay at the full adult rate.

Terms of Stay

The indemnity must be read and signed by the guest.
If the guest requires catered meals, it is the responsibility of the guest to notify Woodcliffe Country House of any special dietary requirements.
Guests may have visitors who are not checked-in guests join them at Woodcliffe by arrangement only.
Guest must arrive between 14:00 and 16:30. Should the guest expect to arrive outside of these hours, please inform Woodcliffe Country House of the expected arrival time.
Guest must depart by 10:00. Should the guest require a later check-out, please inquire at reception in advance.
Guests must respect the privacy of other guests and no loud music or noise after 21:00.
Guests wishing to use the facilities at reception may do so between 07:00 and 19:00. Should the guest require the facilities at reception outside of these hours, please inquire at reception in advance.
Guests must be respectful of the units and facilities. Please leave the units and facilities in a reasonable state.
Woodcliffe Country House is a non-smoking establishment. By law no person is permitted to smoke within 5 meters of a window, door, or air conditioning unit on the exterior of the building. Please be respectful and dispose of cigarette/cigar butts in the dustbins provided.
Use of our facilities is at the risk of the guest. Children must always be supervised, whether swimming or not, by a responsible adult.
Payment of the deposit represents an acceptance of these terms and conditions of liability.
